Spearheaded by KVTSDC, the initiative offers affordable loans, free transparent guidance, and post-departure support—features that distinguish it from private consultancies. By ensuring inclusivity and creating a comprehensive expo ecosystem, the programme aims to democratise overseas education and set a model for other states.
