National Overseas Scholarship 2026: The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has introduced 125 fully funded overseas scholarships under the National Overseas Scholarship scheme for marginalised communities. The programme supports Master’s and PhD studies in top 500 QS ranked universities, covering tuition, travel, and living costs. With 30% reservation for women, eligibility includes academic performance, income limits, and age criteria. Selection is merit based, and candidates must return to India after completing their studies.
