JEE Main 2026 is set to begin on January 21, marking the start of the first session conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The two-session exam serves as the primary gateway for undergraduate engineering, architecture and planning programmes across India. Apart from JEE Main, NTA conducts a range of national-level entrance and eligibility examinations, including NEET-UG, CUET, UGC-NET, CMAT, GPAT, AIAPGET, and SWAYAM, covering undergraduate, postgraduate, research, and professional certification courses.
