The suit follows a video in which Rajput cited RTI replies and public records to question vendor selection and operational issues in SSC exams. Eduquity alleges reputational harm and seeks video removal, while aspirant groups push for judicial review of recruitment processes. The case is being heard in a Delhi court now currently.
